Buildings & Grounds Maintenance Assistant Needed:
Light electrical, light plumbing, light carpentry, some painting. Cleaning, vacuuming, dusting of the physical plant weekly. Window cleaning at least twice a year, weekday and weekend snow removal, limited lawn mowing and grounds care. Twenty hours per week. Additional hours for weekend snow removal.
