Friday, June 19th, Brendan Foley was ordained a transitional deacon at St. James in Binghamton. Click here to see the coverage from the Catholic Sun
Or watch for yourself:
The camera angle at his home parish better captured Brendan during the ceremony: https://livestream.com/stjamesjc or (https://livestream.com/stjamesjc/events/9179654/videos/207664023) It was also recorded live on SEAS Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/SEASBville/ and posted on YouTube: https://stelizabethbville.org/online-masses/
Brendan has enriched our faith community in so many ways during his time at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, and we are blessed by his humility, joy, compassion, humor, and – as we discovered during quarantine – his beautiful singing voice. Brendan will be back with us at SEAS next weekend (June 27/28).
Below is a worship aid for the Ordination Mass which you can use to pray along with Brendan.
