Invitation to Joseph Ryan’s Ordination as a Transitional Deacon Your prayers and support are working! Joseph Ryan will be ordained a transitional deacon with his classmate, John Brusa, by Bishop Douglas Lucia as they enter their final year of seminary formation. The Diaconate Ordination Mass will take place on Saturday, May 18th at 10AM in Saint Patrick’s Church, Binghamton (Joe’s home parish). All are welcome to attend the Ordination. On the evening before the Ordination, there will be a Holy Hour for Vocations on Friday night at 6PM, also at St. Patrick’s Church: 9 Leroy Street, Binghamton, NY 13905. “Deacon Joe” will be spending the summer with us at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton for the summer. You will have the chance to catch him in action on the weekend of June 1stand 2nd, when he will preach and assist at all of our weekend Masses.
