On June 18, the Diocese of Syracuse will join with other Dioceses in the United States to open a three year process of Eucharistic Revival and Renewal in the Catholic Church in the United States. The goal of the revival is to deepen faith and understanding in the Real Presence of Christ in the Eucharist, and to inspire a return to the Sunday celebration of the Eucharist. The Opening Liturgy of the Eucharistic Revival will be Saturday, June 18 at the 5:10 Mass at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception – the vigil of the Feast of the Body and Blood of Christ. Following the Opening Liturgy, there will be a Eucharistic Procession from the Cathedral through the streets of downtown. Learn more on the diocesan website.
