As we prepare to say farewell to Father O’Connor and welcome our new shepherd, we invite all parishioners to join us in a Nine-Day Novena for Parish Transition. This special novena is a time of prayer, reflection, and unity. Together, we will give thanks for Father’s years of devoted service, lift him up as he begins his new ministry teaching future priests, pray for a joyful welcome for our incoming pastor, and ask for God’s grace as our parish enters this new chapter. Each day includes Scripture, a short reflection, intercessory prayers (including to St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, St. Mary of the Assumption, and St. Augustine), and a closing prayer for our parish family. A copy is inserted in this week’s bulletin.
