Each October, the Church in the United States celebrates Respect Life Month. St. Augustine’s, St. Mary’s & St. Elizabeth Ann Seton are hosting a combined “Baby Shower” for Birthright of Onondaga County and Mary’s Closet. Birthright & Mary’s Closet are resource centers for pregnant women and new mothers in need. The collection will continue through Oct 18th. Each week, there will be different topics on a table in the gathering area pertaining to Respect Life for you to view. This week, the topic is Assisted Suicide and War and Peace.
